The intention is to sell chalked the Cnrps apartments spread throughout the territory for the benefit of tenants. Still, nothing is official, but the intention is to sell housing under the control of the National Fund of retirement and social welfare (Cnrps) to their tenants. The Fund has chalked apartments leased, distributed throughout the territory for years. Selling scenarios were sent to the Ministry responsible to take the necessary steps. Official source, it informs us that no agreement was reached with the tenants and the sales amount is intended to part of the reserves of the pension plan. The value of these units has, of course, changed over the years to become higher. In addition, loads of maintenance of the housing are important for the Fund, which seeks to balance its finances.Tenants, pensioners in majority, could therefore benefit from this advantage to finally become owners after several years of rental. At the same time, through this sale, the Fund may increase its revenues. The guardianship should give the kick-off for the launch of this sale on advantageous terms. Difficult access to housing tenants, who are public servants, have reached the retirement age without being able to become owners. Their dream will finally be realized. This will create a climate of stability within families. Indeed, many tenants have expressed their desire to become owner by publishing queries in newspapers. They are often stressed their modest social situation and the different needs of the life that they are obliged to meet. This social action is a new departure for this institution which has always been concerned to support the officials through various benefits, all categories combined. Indeed, access to housing is one of the concerns of the Tunisians which some are forced to rent even former apartments with low rents given their limited income. The intention of the Cnrps is wise as it is in the general interest. Put this real estate heritage available to its occupants to advantageous as well benefit the Fund to the affected tenants. It's that become owner, today, is not a thin case insofar as the cost of housing, same old, is very high. An apartment in three parts in a popular city costs much. It is the competent services, in fact, to determine the value of each apartment of the Cnrps on objective criteria. The cost of housing changes with time and it is variable depending on the location. Note that the former housing of the Cnrps need regular and expensive maintenance to upgrade and rehabilitate various components which are worn with time or repeated use. These maintenance costs are a burden on the Fund which is in charge of a delicate mission for the benefit of its affiliates have right to social security and retirement credits. Hence the need to find adequate solutions to improve revenue, reduce expenses and better serve affiliates.
